Return Policy

All the orders placed at Grillexpress.am can be canceled. Order can be canceled before it is delivered. Once it is marked for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

• If the order was not canceled but the customer refuses to accept it for some reasons, in that case the customer should pay the delivery fee.
• If the order was delivered in a damaged package and not in an appropriate way customer can reject the order. In that case, customer can repeat the order and receive it with free delivery.

Refund is proceeded in the same way as payment. If customer has placed his/her order online in website and payed for the order via credit card, the money will be refunded to his/her card within 3-5 business, depending on card bank or payment system.
